REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Fast Print Austin.
Because all of our products are print-on-demand and custom-made specifically for you once you place an order, our return and refund policy is different from stores that keep items in stock. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Before Production:
You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the order has not yet entered production.
- Our production window is typically 24-48 hours.
- If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.
- Once production has begun, we cannot cancel your order.
After Production:
Once your item has been printed and produced, cancellations are no longer possible. The order will be shipped to you.
2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We take quality control seriously. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will make it right.
Eligibility:
- You must report the issue within 2 days of delivery.
- The item must be defective (e.g., print error, wrong color, tearing, misaligned design) or damaged during shipping.
How to Report:
To report a damaged or defective item, please email us at [email protected] with:
- Your Order Number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect.
Resolution:
Once we review and approve your claim, we will offer you one of the following:
- A replacement item sent to you at no additional cost.
- A full refund (including original shipping costs) back to your original payment method.
3. INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received the wrong item (for example, you ordered a Large but received a Small, or you received a different design than what you ordered), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item you received.
We will correct the error by sending you the correct item free of charge.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (NO REFUNDS)
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our business, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of Mind: You ordered the wrong size, color, or design and no longer want the item.
- Incorrect Measurements: You did not check the size chart and the item does not fit.
- Customer Error: You uploaded the wrong design or text for a custom product.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Issues resulting from washing, wearing, or improper care of the item.
- Late Delivery: The package arrived later than expected (unless it exceeded the maximum estimated delivery window by a significant margin).
Please double-check your order carefully before completing checkout, especially for custom or personalized items.
5. SHIPPING ISSUES
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Fast Print Austin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address.
Lost in Transit:
If tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., 15+ days) and the package appears lost, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Wrong Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. A refund will not be issued for the original shipping cost or the product cost in this scenario.
6. REFUND PROCESSING TIMES
If your refund is approved:
- We will notify you of the approval via email.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Processing times depend on your bank or credit card company. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us if the issue persists.
7. EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item for the same item due to a manufacturing defect or our error, please contact us at [email protected].
We generally do not offer exchanges for size variations due to customer preference. Please refer to Section 4 (Non-Returnable Items) for sizing issues.
